What you will be doing You will become a member of InfoSec IT Function, reporting to our Head of Information Security. The IT Helpdesk Specialist (On-Site) will be responsible for supporting our growing function in supporting day-to-day IT and leading new projects and initiatives to improve the company's processes and toolset. This is a full-time role in our office in Warsaw. Your future work will include working in two pillars: Information Technology (IT) - providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing IT assets, and assisting with the implementation of IT projects. Information Security (InfoSec) - play a crucial role in safeguarding our organization's IT systems and data assets. Making sure that our IT controls work in sufficient ways, operating our EDR and SIEM systems, responding to security incidents, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices. What you will be working on IT Support and Maintenance: Assist in the daily IT operations, addressing and resolving hardware and software issues encountered by users. IT Systems Management: Play a crucial role in overseeing the organization's internal IT infrastructure, including ticketing systems, identity providers, and the entire Google Workspace catalog. IT Asset Management: Manage and oversee the organization's devices, ensuring that all configurations and security settings comply with established security standards. Access Management : Manage user access to ensure that rights and permissions are accurately provisioned and adhere to security policies. SaaS Oversight: Oversee the procurement, deployment, and management of SaaS applications. On-site Support: IT Projects: Contribute to IT projects with a focus on automating routine tasks, improving efficiency, and enhancing security across IT operations. IT Automation : Design and implement solutions to automate IT processes. Employee Lifecycle IT Support : Coordinate the technological aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding processes, preparing systems and access. How we work Within our Information Security IT team, we work closely with the entire Ramp. Our work is divided into daily tasks related to supporting our colleagues by facilitating access management, troubleshooting and solving the issues with software and hardware and making sure that our security controls are working efficiently. We prioritize our users' experience and we aim to deliver the best possible and the most secure solutions. What you will bring Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in a startup environment. Ability to provide technical support to end-users, including assistance with security-related inquiries, access management, and authentication mechanisms. Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of network protocols, firewall configurations, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryption techniques. Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, and VLAN. Familiarity with ITIL framework and ITSM ticketing systems. Hands-on experience in monitoring and analyzing IT and security events, alerts, and logs to detect and respond to incidents in a timely manne
