We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Strategic Business Engagement (SBE) Team. The project is a strategic Informatics program aimed at enabling high-value Artificial Intelligence (AI) use cases, with an initial focus on Generative AI (GenAI). This initiative seeks to build purpose-driven platforms and services, establishing a foundation for a Center of Excellence in AI.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that AI and GenAI applications align with organizational objectives and deliver maximum value.
- Experience:
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked on AI solutions or related technologies. - Technical Skills:
Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
Intermediate Python scripting experience is required or the willingness to learn prompt engineering for AI-based scripting. - Agile Methodology:
Experience working within Agile software development teams and contributing to iterative project delivery. - Database Skills:
Familiarity with SQL and the ability to explore and analyze data from databases such as Snowflake to support business decision-making. - Collaboration Innovation:
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. A strong team player who thrives in an innovative, cross-functional team culture.
