The workplace is based in Agrate Brianza (Monza), with flexibility to support activities at our additional locations in Treviso, Catania, and Reggio Emilia.Role Responsibilities:Organize, supervise, and update plans for routine and extraordinary building maintenance.Define the necessary facilities services for optimal management of workplaces across various locations.Gather, analyze, and understand spatial requirements of departments and end-user needs.Identify, select, and manage suppliers of goods and services; define contracts with moderate responsibility.Assist in developing renovation, reassessment, or optimization projects aligned with business needs.Supervise construction sites and companies involved in development projects.Qualifications:Preferred: Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Construction Engineering, Management, or Architecture.Consideration for candidates with a Technical Diploma (Geometra) and substantial relevant experience.Experience in construction management, facilities, and real estate is preferred.Personal Traits:Proactive problem solver.Leadership, excellent communication, and negotiation skills for stakeholder interaction.Ability to collaborate within a diverse, multinational, and multicultural team.Excellent organizational skills, with a focus on priorities and goals.Additional Information:Languages: (Specify languages)Years of Experience: 2-4 yearsWork Type: Full-timeEmployee Type: Assignee / RegularTravel: Yes, approximately 20%Applied Materials is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
