The role also supports initiatives to enhance Aptars customer centricity and growth. The analyst will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to deploy best practices across regions and segments.The Data & Systems Commercial Excellence Analyst reports to the Global CE Director.As a Commercial Excellence Data & Systems Analyst, you will:Develop the Internal Commercial MindsetOptimize the Customer ExperienceDevelop, maintain, and standardize reports and insights tools (e.g., C4C, Pipeline Projection, Customer Dashboards)Act as administrator for the Customer database, managing requirements, contacts, contracts, and opportunitiesEnsure CRM and pipeline best practices are followedCollaborate with IS teams to improve systemsCarry out Contract Management activitiesSupport sales training and provide system support to Commercial teamsEducationBachelor''s degree in Business or related fieldRequired Skills3-5 years experience in Sales Analysis, CRM expertiseExperience in sales, marketing, or pricing beneficialExperience in sales effectiveness projectsProven leadership and teamwork skillsAbility to analyze large datasetsSkillsStrong reporting and analytical skillsAbility to work on multiple projects with multicultural teamsProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, ERP, and BI tools (SAP, QlikView, Power BI)Fluency in English; other languages are a plusExcellent communication skillsCustomer-oriented, strategic, and forward-thinkingWho We AreAt Aptar, we leverage insights, design, engineering, and science to develop innovative packaging technologies that enhance brand value and impact lives globally.
