Role Description: We are seeking a Product Expert inthe Payment Card area who will be responsible for defining andevolving product features of an entire Cards Portfolio, fordifferent client segments, including related services and managingterms and conditions. The ideal candidate must possess deepknowledge of the payment card market and innovative dynamics withinthe industry, interacting with VISA and Mastercard. The candidateshould also be capable of interacting and collaborating withvarious company departments. The card products will then bedistributed in Italy and also in other European countries. MainResponsibilities: - Define and outline the features of payment cardproducts, including additional services and innovativefunctionalities taking into account several client segments -Manage relationships with VISA and Mastercard, to ensure alignmentand compliance with international standards and technicalspecifications. - Ability to outline and monitor, with the supportof other Issuing departments, such as Fraud, Disputes, CustomerServices, Risk, the main drivers of product profitability and risk,including the definition of fraud risk - Collaborate with otherWorldline departments to draft and manage the terms and conditionsof the payment cards, ensuring regulatory compliance at bothnational and European levels. - Support the corporate marketingfunctions in conducting market analyses and benchmarks to identifyimprovement opportunities and areas of innovation in the productportfolio. - Develop and manage product documentation, includingmanuals and information sheets. - Actively collaborate with theMarketing, R&D, Compliance, Sales, and IT departments to ensurethat interconnections are effectively managed, facilitating theproduct development process and supporting the offering of paymentcards. Requirements: - Degree in Management Engineering, Economics,Marketing, Finance, or related fields. - At least 5 years ofexperience in product management within the payment card. -Experience and understanding of payment networks, particularly VISAand Mastercard. - In-depth knowledge of current regulations andbest practices in the payment sector. - Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills. - Ability to work in cross-functionalenvironments and manage stakeholders effectively. - Excellentcommunication skills, both written and verbal, in English. -Proactive and result-oriented, with a strong ability to workindependently and in teams.
