French Luxury Fashion house for its F&B division, is looking for Beauty Expert.
Role will be based in Rinascente Duomo, ideal candidate must have beautician diploma.
Responsabilities:
- Embodying the allure as a fragrance & beauty brand ambassador, able to communicate the Houses beauty aesthetic and share a deep knowledge of the history and codes of brand portfolio.
- Welcoming clients and accompanying them on an exceptional journey within the Boutique
- Offering an ultimate, warm and customised experience to each client
- Nurturing our clients'' dream and desire for brand, combining the art of storytelling with a solid knowledge of the Brand, its heritage, its modernity and its know-how
- Being familiar with the brand''s digital strategy and market trends and playing an active role in providing a seamless omnichannel experience to clients
- Being responsible for the development of the client file and the development of client loyalty in order to prolong the brand experience after the visit to the Boutique
- Carrying out make-up flashes
- Carrying out make-up/fragrance animations with the clients
- Being co-responsible for the proper maintenance of the Boutique in accordance with the established rules
- Being a core driver of business growth by directly contributing to company performance through generating sales and improving operational efficiency.
- Actively participating in morning briefings and offering feedback and proposals
- Contributing to operational activities in the back-office
- Contributing to the development of the business by reaching sales objectives, using all available levers such as products, services and data capture to recruit and retain clients
- Having adequate knowledge of the procedures to ensure the smooth running of the Boutique
- Establishing qualitative reports for the Boutique Manager
- Managing client information collection to enable excellent clienteling
- Sharing best practices with the team, demonstrating dynamism and contributing to the collective knowledge and skills
- Strong collaboration with all the team
PROFILE:
- Beautician Diploma must have
- Excellent knowledge of the perfume and beauty sector.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and initiative spirit
- Listening skills and empathy
- Problem solving and ability to face challenges and changes
- Energy, motivation and enthusiasm
- Ability to engage and inspire through storytelling
- Strong orientation towards collaboration and team spirit
- Fluency in English
