About the vacancy:
Pillows Grand Boutique Hotel Maurits at the Park opened in November 2022 and is our first 5-star hotel. The hotel is located in the green Oosterpark in Amsterdam East. The hotel has already won several awards and achieved a #1 ranking on TripAdvisor within a year and 3 months of opening, leaving behind more than 400 other hotels in the Dutch capital.
The ambitions for this hotel are high! Therefore, we are looking for talented colleagues who only want to be among the very best, including Breakfast Hosts.

What will you do?
Imagine: a caf brasserie with a large green terrace overlooking the lively Oosterpark. Hotel guests and Amsterdammers alike have lively conversations there, while the elegant interior and music subtly add to the atmosphere.
Together with your team, you give sincere attention to the guest. You serve pure dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner inspired by French and Italian cuisine, but everyone is also welcome for drinks, where the cocktails have the ambition to become real signature drinks. Are you willing to provide our guests with a delicious breakfast with the right service in the early hours?
