Chief Executive Officer - Board Member | MBA in Logistics | Operations Management Responsibilities: Organize and manage the board''s calendar, including planning and coordinating meetings, conferences, and business trips. Prepare documentation such as reports, presentations, and meeting minutes. Provide administrative support by handling correspondence, managing documents, and ensuring proper information flow within the company. Maintain external and internal communication with clients, business partners, and company employees. Support the board in ongoing projects and monitor progress. Plan and coordinate company events such as conferences, training sessions, and team-building meetings. Assist in organizing and conducting interviews and onboarding new employees. Monitor expenses and prepare financial reports. Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role or administrative position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office tools. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. Proactive and independent problem-solving abilities. Experience in customer service and building relationships with clients and business partners. Basic knowledge of graphic tools like Canva is a plus.
