A leading European luxury brand is seeking a Team Supervisor to join its multilingual Client Services Center based in the Brussels area. This is a rare opportunity to lead a diverse and ambitious team in a high-end, international environment delivering exceptional client experiences for one of the worlds most respected names in fashion and lifestyle.
As Team Supervisor, you will oversee a team of around 15 Client Advisors, managing customer interactions across key European markets via phone, email, and digital platforms. Your mission is to elevate both performance and service quality, ensuring clients receive an experience aligned with the high standards of a global luxury house.
You will report to the Client Service Manager and collaborate with retail, digital, and support teams across Europe.
Your responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and motivate a multilingual team to exceed KPIs and service expectations
- Monitor call quality and deliver coaching, training, and regular performance reviews
- Manage daily operations, adjusting to call flows and team needs
- Handle client escalations when necessary, ensuring premium-level resolutions
- Facilitate team briefings and actively contribute to internal process improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Stores, E-commerce, CRM, etc.)
What you bring
- 5+ years of experience managing teams in a client service, contact center, or luxury retail environment
- Background in sales-driven call center environments, ideally where upselling, cross-selling or conversion is part of the advisors daily activity
- Proven success working with KPIs, quality standards, and service excellence frameworks
- Language Requirements (must meet one of the following):
- Native-level English + a Scandinavian language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish)
- Or Bilingual FrenchDutch with fluent English
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Currently based in Belgium or open to relocating to Brussels or surrounding areas
- Available to work some weekends or public holidays as needed
