What youll do
- Take ownership of the product development lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, ensuring outcomes are on track and aligned with objectives.
- Translate business goals, user needs, and compliance requirements into clear product decisions that drive real impact.
- Collaborate closely with teams across engineering, compliance, design, and client success to align on priorities and move the product forward.
- Break down the bigger picture into detailed user stories, clear acceptance criteria, and actionable tasks for design and engineering.
- Proactively remove blockers, and maintain oversight of timelines, scope, and dependencies.
- Continuously gather insights, validate assumptions, and help shape the product through structured iteration and feedback loops.
What youll bring

- You have 2+ years experience in product or project delivery roles and know how to keep work structured and moving.

- You have a Bachelors or Masters degree, preferably with a technical or analytical background.
- Experience with crypto is a plus, but not required.
