Job Description:
We are looking for a senior level Account Executive to join our team, focusing on the Italy market. This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional with a strong background in outbound sales. The AE will be responsible for managing the entire sales cyclefrom prospecting to closingwhile helping expand our presence in Italy.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new potential clients, including vacation rental property managers and hotels.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Lead negotiations and successfully close deals.
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to align with market demands.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progression within the companys CRM.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
- First Italy language speaker with professional proficiency in English.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar sales role, ideally within the Travel Tech industry.
- Strong knowledge of outbound sales processes and the ability to manage the full sales cycle.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working autonomously.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Remote position open to candidates based in Italy or other European locations.
