- Monitor system incidents and ensure timely follow-ups
- Manage user access: new user creation, profile updates, workflow assignments
- Maintain and update Blackline documentation and user instructions
- Coordinate system configurations: calendar, thresholds, and deadlines
- Manage and maintain API connections (yearly activity)
- Create, edit, and distribute custom Blackline reports
- Blackline Period Updates (ensure accurate and timely period close configurations)
- Perform Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation (BSAR) checks
- Collaboration with Key Users (Local Admins)
- Collaboration with finance community (e.g., technical support in automation (VBA))

- We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and tech-savvy team member with a solid understanding of Blackline and Record to Report processes
- Strong system and process thinking
- Ability to create macros
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global setup
- Previous experience in system support or finance operations (Blackline experience is a strong plus)
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
