As part of the Strategy Team, you will be responsible for delivering digital marketing plans to help our clients achieve their strategic goals. Youll get the opportunity to flex your analytical and strategic thinking skills to design online marketing campaigns across different digital channels. In your role you will also closely collaborate with the Performance Marketing team to ensure the digital strategy is executed throughout all digital marketing channels. You stand out with your exceptional analytical, critical thinking and results-driven mentality. Your technical background and experience with digital marketing play a pivotal role in developing the digital marketing strategy and executional plans that will allow our clients to meet their business objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Duties responsibilities Gathering of relevant data and analyzing critical insights to develop successful digital strategy and plans. Build relationship with clients and understand client goals, create and execute strategies to exceed defined goals. Provide insights on emerging media and new digital opportunities. Set up digital marketing strategy and executional plan across all relevant digital channels, including website, email, social media etc. Analyse website performance, keywords and provide digital landscape analysis of competitors. Analyze clients brand performance, web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to improve digital presence and performance. Develop user journey mapping proposal to support development of digital customer experience. Propose measurement framework, methodologies and optimization process to improve effectiveness of plans. Requirements You have extensive experience (5 years or more) of working in a digital agency, consultancy or another relevant professional service company; You have experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies as well as hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Paid Search, Paid Ad, Google Analytics and CRM software; Youre efficient in interacting with a range of stakeholders: multidisciplinary teams and clients; Youre a versatile thinker and problem-solver, capable of both analytical and creative reasoning; You are skilled in the use of JIRA/Confluence; Do you have experience with Digital Marketing/Content Management/Customer; Experience Management solutions for public-facing websites and portals? Thats a big plus in our book; You hold a university degree within any discipline or a Bachelor/Master degree in a relevant field; Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English.
