They will follow up on-site or remotely to resolve machine downtime or other technical issues of a mechanical and/or mechatronic nature. By viewing machine data remotely, they will intervene quickly to identify and resolve problems and prepare the relevant technical documentation. They will also handle scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure the smooth daily operation of production activities and maintain the value of the machines. If necessary, in collaboration with the relevant department, they will provide detailed and competent training to operators on the use of the machine tools and installed automation.
