Frank needs extra hands in the kitchen during theweekend! Main job is to help our kitchenteam of 4 chefs with easy& moderate tasks like: - cleaning salads & vegetables -measuring recipes - portionising food for vacpac - making moderaterecipes (creams, sauces, baking in the oven) - cleaning the kitchenwith the team after the service - receiving orders and checking -cutting meat (porc) - knowing our menu and preparing the dishes -tasting ingredints - interested in the organic & seasonal foodwe serve! We need: - We''re looking for 2 days during the week (canbe fix or flexible) - 1 shift during the week (prepping) - 1 shiftduring the weekend (SAT and/or SUN) in the service doing coldsection - Around 18 hours per week - From 7:00 till 16:00 - Englishis a must, Dutch/French is a plus. - We provide you shoes &vest. - experience in kitchen is a must! Dishwashing is not part ofit, you should be capable of holding a knive! - You need to live inBrussels! - teamplayer - relevant experience in professionalkitchen - flexibel - willing to work weekends (every Saturday andSunday) - speaks english (french and or dutch is a plus) - eager tolearn - quick and efficient - living in Brussels - has a love fororganic produce and the story behind our suppliers - food wastecontrol - We offer 2/3 days per week (Saturday and Sunday + 1weekday) - Daytime hours (7 till 16h) - break with great food &great coffee - Starting directly - Contract & correct payment(5th day of the month) - Clock-in & -out registration. -Clothing will be foreseen - Working in a team of 24, we''re doing alot of fun team events - the possibility to gain some experiencebetween trained chefs
