As part of our continued growth, ProAmpac is expanding our sales team and looking for a driven Sales Manager to join our commercial team.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and nurturing long-term partnerships. Experience in the packaging industry is preferred but not requiredwe value strong sales instincts and a collaborative mindset.

Sales Business Development
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in line with growth targets.
- Regularly travel to meet with current and prospective clients (including overnight stays and occasional evening events).
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships across multiple levels of the organization.
- Negotiate and secure long-term contracts with key accounts.
Strategic Planning Reporting
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports using internal systems.
- Monitor market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align sales plans with operational capabilities and product development.
Customer Product Management
- Collaborate with product development and manufacturing teams to bring customer concepts to life.
- Act as a key liaison for quality issues, customer concerns, and inventory planning.
- Work closely with customer service to ensure accurate orders, pricing, and on-time delivery.
Brand Value Representation
- Represent ProAmpac as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to customers.
- Clearly articulate the companys value proposition and market differentiators.
- Foster a professional, solution-oriented approach in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven sales experience, ideally within packaging, manufacturing, or a related industry.
- Solid understanding of B2B sales processes, client engagement, and contract negotiation.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Visio).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
