We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Online Operation Intern to join our team. This
role is essential to ensuring the seamless customer journey of our online platforms, enhancing
customer satisfaction, and supporting the efficient execution of our digital initiatives. The ideal
candidate is tech-savvy, well-organized and passionate about providing exceptional operational support in a fast-paced online environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Online Customer Journey Improvement & UX/UI Enhancement
- Optimize the full online customer journeyfrom homepage to checkoutto enhance user experience and boost conversions, under the Operations Manager''s guidance.
- Implement design improvements to ensure intuitive navigation, clear CTAs, and seamless site interactions.
- Take ownership of page-level design elements such as buttons, labels, tabs, filters, titles, and descriptions.
- Online Web Operational Support
- Ensure smooth daily website operations by quickly resolving technical and content issues.
- Support product uploads and maintain banners, landing pages, and site content updates.
- E-commerce Campaign Launch Assistance
- Adapt UX flows and page layouts to align with campaign objectives and drive engagement.
- Collect and organize data on customer behavior and site performance to support reporting on campaigns, sales, and feedback.
- Use data insights to propose UX and performance-related improvements, and assist in post-campaign performance reviews such as Black Friday.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in online operations, e-commerce, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in using online platforms, tools, and software (e.g., woo-commerce, Shopify).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
