She/he is responsible for leading the partner business in the respective markets to drive brand execution across all channels, aiming to set, meet, and exceed targets. She/he ensures exceptional client experience, brand visibility, and operational excellence through proper planning and implementation of the GS Distribution, Retail, and Training strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve the sales budget (units and value) for the area.Ensure proper brand presence and environment at points of sale (POS) and digital platforms.Monitor and maintain stock levels at POS following international guidelines.Manage opening and closing of stores in the area under the guidance of the GS Europe Sales Director.Represent the brand in the territory, ensuring quality and consistency in marketing and presentation.Coordinate trade and POS events with GS Europe HQ and Marketing.Liaise between POS and logistics for distribution and stock management.Manage watch orders during launch periods.Support market activities with materials and services from local headquarters.Update POS on activities, promotions, and material availability.Oversee local marketing activities and budget under GS Europe guidance.Maintain communication with GS Europe headquarters.Handle administrative tasks, including organization and information flow.Organize client visits.Train partner teams using GS training and eLearning resources.Manage POS sales statistics.RequirementsFluent in Italian and English; French is a plus.Basic understanding of marketing luxury consumer goods (advertising, sales, distribution, pricing, PR, POSM).Ability to travel up to 70%.Teamwork and decision-making skills.Proficiency with digital tools and IT.Open-minded, attentive listener, and communicative.Reporting lineBased in Milan, reporting to the Grand Seiko Europe Sales Director.#J-18808-Ljbffr
