This is a position with grade 15 This positionreports to Production Engineering Manager Your role andresponsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity tooptimize the Production organizations assembly processes andequipment to minimize labor hours in accordance with businessstrategies related to quality, efficiency, costs, and safety. Eachday, you will ensure appropriate production solutions deliveringautomatic solutions that grant optimized equipment performance. Youwill also showcase your expertise by defining the working phasesequence of a new production process to achieve the targetedproduct cost and equipment investment budget. The work model forthe role is mainly onsite with good autonomy level and possibilityto work remotely. This role is contributing to the Product GroupProtection and Energy Management operations located in S.Palomba(Rome) within the Smart Building Division. You will be mainlyaccountable for: - monitoring the process performance handlingelectronic and software production criticalities in partnershipwith quality, maintenance and production teams. - contributing tothe process sequence definition, calculation of the proper cycletime and implementation of improvements to machinery or productionequipment. - supporting internal and external production duringstart-ups by training indirect and direct staff. - providing SupplyChain Management (SCM) teams with the proper documentation in orderto support the supplier evaluation and agreements. - participatingto development activities for hw/sw platforms of assembling,calibrating and testing machines. - investigating and implementingIoT technologies to create smart solution applicable to every kindof machine. Qualifications for the role - - Degree in Electronic,Computer or Mechatronic engineering bachelor or master. - - Up to 2years of experience in automation design / sw programming. - - Goodknowledge of Italian and English. - - Good knowledge of Officepackage. - - Knowledge of Embedded Systems Programming Languages. -- Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming Languages in particularC# and .NET - - Knowledge of functional test benches for circuitboards or electronic products is a plus - - Team-working attitudeand good communication skills.
