A major Luxury brand is looking for its Assistant Boutique Director in Amsterdam Schiphol Airport.
Key responsibilities:
- Assisting the Boutique Director in the team recruitment, management and development
- Developing the commercial activity of the store and reaching of the sales objectives
- Acting as a Brand ambassador and role model
- Managing Clienteling and CRM activities
- Monitoring the store performance and drafting activity reports
- Participating in Back office and administrative tasks
Desired profile:
- Previous managerial experience in a Luxury store or at the airport
- Fluent English
- Great leadership skills
- Customer and Business orientation
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Open to work on airport hours
