Our technology addresses real problems that affect the future of humanity.Your ChallengeWithin the Digital Industry Organization, the Field Service Engineer will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction through excellent delivery of installation, configuration, and repair on-site tasks related to Gas Analyser Systems. They will handle customer plants covered by maintenance contracts, ensuring optimal system performance and reliability.Your main activities will be to:Manage customer sites covered by maintenance contracts, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of gas analysis systems.Perform installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Continuous Gas Analyzers.Document all activities performed in detailed service reports.Work closely with the local Customer Service team to exceed customer expectations.Interact with the Regional Support Center to ensure proper issue resolution.Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations.As a world leader in advanced engineering technologies, we improve lives and further human achievements worldwide.
