To strengthen our Finance Department at our HQ in Ora/Auer (BZ) or at our office in Verona (VR), we are looking for a Finance Project Manager (m/f/d)Core activitiesWe are constantly working by looking ahead and envisioning the changes needed to face the next challenge. Our Finance Department is in the process of redefining its organization, and you will become part of the project team responsible for shaping it in a new, high-performance way. Your main tasks will include:Mapping and documentation of group-wide financial processes and workflowsConception, harmonization, and continuous improvement of financial processes and projects across all our global subsidiaries, BUs, and branchesSupporting the digital transformation of financial operationsDevelopment and optimization of cross-functional processes and supporting finance teams to effectively use and connect themOverseeing strategic projects in direct connection with top managementFostering collaboration and understanding during a transition periodMonitoring development steps and setting timelinesRequired ProfileThe strength of GRUBER Logistics'' financial team lies in our employees: reliable and autonomous individuals who prioritize teamwork.
