We are looking for a Vice President of Sales in the mobility sector to lead and scale a high-performance SMB sales organization across key European markets. Reporting directly to the CEO and part of the executive team, this person will shape and execute a strategy to grow the company.
Your impact:
- Sales Strategy & Leadership: Lead and grow sales teams across multiple markets. Build a performance culture with clear goals, KPIs, compensation models, onboarding programs, and career paths. Foster a collaborative, coaching-driven environment where teams can thrive.
- Outbound & Inbound Engine Development: Design and implement a scalable outbound sales strategy. Optimize inbound processes to improve conversion, upsell performance, and customer experience.
- Process, Tools & Cross-Functional : Refine sales operations with modern CRM, pipeline tools, and automation workflows. Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success to align strategies and ensure smooth lead-to-close cycles.
- Executive Collaboration: Join the executive leadership team to co-create company strategy. Influence major decisions across commercial and operational areas and act as a key thought partner to the CEO.
Your Profile:
- 710+ years of top-performing sales leadership in a high-growth digital or tech company.
- Proven success building outbound sales organizations from scratch and scaling them.
- Fluent in English and French or Dutch (native French is a strong plus).
- Highly strategic and operationalable to define clear priorities and drive strong execution aligned with P&L targets.
- A true builder mindset: hands-on, entrepreneurial, and results-driven.
- Passion for mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
