To strengthen our presence in astrategic segment, we are looking for a professional with strongcommercial experience in the pasta production industry. KeyResponsibilities - Manage and develop the client portfolio withinthe industrial pasta production sector (fresh, dry, or frozenpasta). - Build and maintain long-term relationships with keycustomers, understanding their production processes andanticipating their needs. - Promote customized technical solutionsin collaboration with the engineering and product management teams.- Monitor market trends, identify business opportunities, andcontribute to the companys market penetration strategy. - Supportpost-sales processes and customer care to ensure high levels ofsatisfaction. - Attend trade shows, industry events, and strategicnetworking activities. Requirements - Minimum 5 years of B2B salesexperience in the food industry, preferably in automation ormaterial handling solutions. - Active presence in the pastaproduction industry and a pre-existing network of clients in thesector (pasta manufacturers, industrial producers, processingplants). - Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills,results-oriented, with an entrepreneurial mindset. - Self-drivenwith the ability to manage a sales territory independently;willingness to travel frequently across the country (and possiblyabroad). - A technical background (e.g., mechanical, foodengineering) is considered a plus.
