You will do this by designing and automating appropriate quality assurance process and procedures like test plans, test cases, and test scripts to verify software functionality, performance, and usability. developing and implementing quality assurance policies, standards, and procedures. Supporting teams with conducting thorough testing and validation of configured solutions to ensure accuracy of functionality using test automation tooling. Supporting teams with conducting thorough regression testing to identify and address software defects and inconsistencies using test automation tooling. Providing timely and accurate feedback to developers and stakeholders on product quality and performance. Documenting quality assurance policies, standards, and procedures, such as test plans, test cases, and test scripts, to support proper knowledge transfer to service delivery and OpCo teams knowledge of test automation tooling (i.E. collaborating with the Deployment Lead to ensure appropriate quality assurance processes and procedures are in place and followed. staying updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in quality assurance and testing. at least 3-5 years of experience testing solutions built using the above-mentioned technologies ~ strong understanding of Quality Assurance principles ~ excellent written and verbal English.
