Job Title: Dutch Payroll Consultant (Remote) Location: Remote Contract Type: Full-Time Contract Languages Required: English (Dutch is a bonus) About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Dutch Payroll Consultant to support and execute payroll operations for Dutch clients. This remote contract role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands local payroll legislation, and can collaborate effectively across teams and clients. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end Dutch payroll processing with a focus on accuracy and compliance Support client implementations, go-lives, and onboarding activities Provide daily functional support and guidance to payroll teams Maintain and update process documentation and client workbooks Conduct system maintenance testing and ensure quality standards Resolve both functional and technical payroll issues Collaborate with clients to identify process gaps and improvements Support year-end processes and ensure adherence to SLAs Handle escalations and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders What Were Looking For Strong knowledge of Dutch payroll legislation and processes Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Experience with confidential data and compliance standards Ability to work independently and within global, cross-functional teams Prior experience in payroll operations or HR consulting preferred Familiarity with SAP, Workday, or other HRIS platforms is a plus
