Job Description:

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Welcoming and assisting clients
• Managing communication with the company''s international offices
• Document management and archiving
• Answering and directing phone calls

Requirements:

• Fluent English, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level)
• Protected Category as per Law 68/99, with a certified eligibility of 50% or higher.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Must possess a valid driver''s license and personal vehicle
• Availability forpart-time work

Work location:Catania Industrial Area

Contract type:1-year temporary employment with the possibility of permanent placement, CCNL Commercio, 4th or 5th level based on experience.
