The Role:
The firm is looking to recruit an ambitious and driven lawyer with approximately 2 years of post-qualification experience to join its market-leading Employment and Pensions practice. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile, complex matters with a diverse client base including multinational corporations, financial institutions, and government bodies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising on a full range of employment and pensions matters including employment contracts, employee benefits, workplace policies, dismissals, restructurings, and pension scheme management.
- Representing clients in contentious employment matters, including litigation and dispute resolution.
- Assisting with cross-border advisory work in collaboration with international offices.
- Keeping abreast of legislative developments and providing proactive compliance advice.
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified lawyer with approx. 2 years of relevant experience in employment and pensions law, ideally gained at a top-tier law firm or reputable boutique.
- Fluent in Dutch, with excellent command of English. French is an asset.
- Strong academic background and a keen interest in employment and pensions law.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- A team player who is commercially minded, solutions-focused, and proactive.
