The Due Diligence Coordinator coordinates the "due diligence" aspects of commercial/retail projects and manages geotechnical, environmental, traffic, civil and survey consultants. The Due Diligence Coordinator is responsible for municipal research, site assessment investigations, jurisdictional wetland approvals, site planning, preparation of due diligence reports and tracking projects from inception to construction. The Due Diligence Coordinator has responsibility for developing and maintaining project schedules. The position requires excellent communication skills, development experience and ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. Responsible for managing projects within budget and/or contract terms. The Due Diligence Coordinator works closely with Site Development Coordinators and Site Planners.Job Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Planning or other related degree- 5 years related experience- Should be on registration track- Strong leadership skills - ability to meet deadlines and provide high quality service to clients- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)- Thorough understanding and knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations and approval process- Thorough understanding of building systems, zoning and site requirements (Structural, MEP, Civil and Geo-Tech)- Highly organized, detail-driven and conscientious- Demonstrated leadership experience- Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel- Proficiency in MS Project is preferred
