Our mission is to deliver world-class products that inspire better clinical outcomes and ultimately, better patient care.About the RoleBased in Rome , you will play a pivotal role in the success of our growing anaesthesia care business of centre/south Italy. As an Anaesthesia Territory Manager, you will be responsible for: Selling and supporting our unique medical devices : You will manage relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals in anaesthesia departments (OR, NORA and PACU units) driving the adoption of a revolutionary product designed to change clinical practices. Distributor support : You will collaborate with and support our distributors to ensure effective product promotion and sales strategies. Demonstrations and evaluations : You will conduct product demonstrations and evaluations to help customers experience firsthand the life-changing benefits of our devices in operating room. Training and post-sales support : Following the sale, you will provide training to healthcare professionals, ensuring they are equipped to use our products effectively and deliver outstanding patient care. Congress participation : Attend and represent the company at relevant medical congresses and events, expanding your network and sharing insights into our innovative solutions. CRM Management : Update and manage the CRM system to track customer interactions, sales, and activities. Experience with CRM tools is preferred.About YouWe are seeking someone with these key qualifications and skills: Medical/technical background : A degree in a relevant field (e.g., biomedical engineering, anaesthesia nurse or a clinical-related discipline) or substantial experience in the anaesthesia or surgical environment. Sales experience : A proven track record in sales, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical and clinical concepts to healthcare professionals. Strong communication skills : Ability to influence and engage a wide range of stakeholders across different hospital departments. Territory management : Comfort with managing a designated territory (Center/South Italy), including traveling nationally (on average one/two nights per week). Passion for innovation : A desire to work with groundbreaking medical technologies that will drive change in clinical practice.
