Your role within the Neurovascular team is to maintain and develop business with all customers in the defined sales district by providing excellent technical support, training, and education to the customers, to ensure meeting or exceeding targets by representing the company in accordance with its policies and enhancing Medtronics reputation in the market. This role will cover Northern Italy and will require having a valid drivers license.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Provide high-quality clinical support for defined area case coverage and support of interventional procedures (as well as occasional coverage outside area if required)Plan and support clinical and technical training and education programs with review and input from Sales Manager and staff in the region, as well as other functional groups, i.e., marketing, reimbursement, regulatory, clinical, education, etc., consistent with the District Business PlanSupport marketing and sales in the introduction and market release of new products and therapiesCapture in SFDC case coverage and interactions for all accounts, market and competitive information, trends, and metrics in a comprehensive, complete, and timely fashionComplete immediately and accurately all reports of customer or product-related events in accordance with policiesAttend all required regional and national meetingsRequired Knowledge and Experience:Experience in the medical device industry or in a hospital radiology department environment and knowledge of the competitive marketplace would be an advantage.Physical Job Requirements:The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.Benefits & CompensationMedtronic offers a competitive salary and flexible benefits package.
