Responsibility
- Ensures that all company minimum brand standards have been implemented, and that optional brand standards have been implemented where appropriate,
- Handle guest enquiries in a courteous and accurate manner and report guest complaints or problems to superior if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests,
- Ensures all guests' internal external phone calls, emails, extranet messages, mail, faxes and parcels are handled and distributed promptly and efficiently,
- Works closely with other hotels department in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests,
- Ensures that all guest details are entered correctly in accordance with the principles of clean data,
- Wear the correct uniform and maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene, according to the hotel and departments grooming standards,
- Follow all hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to fire, hazard safety, emergency and security,
- Escourt the guests to their room when required, and show them the hotel facilities,
- To be flexible in your job function and perform any other reasonable duties and responsibilities which may be assigned to you by the Front Office Manager
Qualifications
- Ideally with a degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management
- Previous experiences in hotel operations are a plus.
- Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Fluent in Italian and English
