RECRUITMENTCONTEXT: To support its expansion, our client is looking for a KeyAccount Manager to strengthen their team in Sicily. This role playsa strategic part in supporting partners and driving sales growth. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: We are seeking a Key Account Manager tojoin an innovative company in the travel sector. You will beresponsible for: Onboarding and training: Welcoming and trainingnew partners on the clients B2B platform while enhancing theirconfidence in using the tools. Developing and maintainingrelationships: Maintaining relationships with existing partners andnegotiating commercial and financial terms to keep strong ties atall levels. Acquiring new clients: Identifying and leveraging newbusiness opportunities to meet the sales targets. On-site visitsand webinars: Conducting on-site visits (minimum of 4 days perweek) to organize training sessions, webinars, and present newproducts to boost sales. Performance analysis: Monitoring clientand team performance using BI tools to achieve better results. Problem coordination: Collaborating with the support team toquickly resolve any issues. Regular reporting: Providing regularreports to the regional manager regarding performance and actionstaken. PROFILE SOUGHT: Desired experience: At least 5 years ofexperience in a similar role in the travel industry, with a strongnetwork of travel agents in Sicily. Technical skills: Ability toanalyze data and use BI tools to optimize performance. Personalqualities: Ambitious, autonomous, results-oriented, with excellentcommercial communication and B2B negotiation skills. Provenexperience in local sales development, ideally with an onlinetravel platform, Bedbank, or SaaS travel solutions company. Salesskills and a track record of success in the local travel industry. Fluent in English and the local language (Italian). Willingnessto travel regularly as part of the role. SALARY AND BENEFITS: Salary between 38,000 and 40,000 gross per year +performance-based bonuses. Additional benefits: to be discussedduring the recruitment process.
