As a key player in global strategic programs, it is a technological and industrial partner to governments, defense agencies, institutions, and businesses.Within the Electronics Business area, we are seeking a Business Development - Marketing Southern Asia & Oceania for various locations including Rome Tiburtina, Cisterna di Latina, Naples Fusaro, Campi Bisenzio, Genoa Puccini, La Spezia, Turin Caselle, Nerviano, and Brescia.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement divisional marketing strategies for the respective markets.Identify operational needs of clients, even with undefined system requirements, and suggest customizable solutions based on divisional/inter-divisional products and systems.Conduct promotional and branding activities to understand potential clients'' products, systems, and services, following company procedures and guidelines.Conduct market research, propose strategies for growth, develop products, and organize advertising/promotional campaigns and public relations.Maximize business growth opportunities through collaborations and partnerships with clients, industrial partners, and subcontractors.Carefully select and monitor the performance of Divisional Sales Promoters and Commercial Consultants, ensuring compliance with business procedures.Lead commercial and sales campaigns from initiation to bid/no-bid decision stages.Serve as the primary interface with clients and coordinate commercial actions and relationships with corporate and local partners throughout the Business Winning process.Support Business Units'' sales activities from proposal to contract negotiation and logistical support.Organize Business Winning Decision Panels to share information on current opportunities, including tender requirements, competitive scenario, and win strategies.Coordinate marketing and sales activities across Business Units.Maintain and update key documentation such as the Commercial Funnel, Campaign Book, and Country Status and Plan, adhering to governance timelines.Participate in Lessons Learned processes.QualificationsPreferably a degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Economics.Proven experience in sales, marketing, or program management involving significant client interaction.Knowledge of products, technology, the company, and markets.Excellent planning, organization, opportunity management, and time management skills.Skills and CompetenciesExcellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and public speaking skills.Ability to promote good practices and knowledge sharing within the company.Strong determination to achieve results and openness to innovative approaches.Proactivity, initiative, problem-solving, teamwork, authority, and adaptability to local cultures.Language and Technical SkillsFluent in English.Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.Additional RequirementsWillingness to travel frequently abroad (around 50%).Availability to work during weekends if necessary.Related Professional AreasSales & MarketingProgram ManagementStrategiesProcurementInternational RelationsBusiness DevelopmentSenior LevelExpertLocationsItaly: Rome, Brescia, Cisterna di Latina, Florence, Genoa, La Spezia, Milan, Naples, Turin, NervianoContract TypePermanent, Hybrid work model#J-18808-Ljbffr
