As our new IT ProjectManagement Officer, youll be at the heart of it all: drivingprocess and methodology, aligning Project Managers andstakeholders, optimizing delivery, and championing operationalexcellence across our most business-critical IT initiatives. YourMission As a key member of our Transversal IT Services team, youwill: Lead the governance and performance of a dynamic projectportfolio (~25 projects). Act as a center of excellence for projectmethodology, tools, and reporting. Partner closely with Business& IT leaders to ensure on-time, on-budget, on-scope delivery.Drive continuous improvement, inspire your peers, and lead byexample. Mentor and guide a community of Project Managers, boostingdelivery capability and cross-functional collaboration. ProfielWhat You Bring A Masters or Bachelor''s degree in IT, BusinessAdministration, or related field. 5 years of experience inproject/program management within complex IT environments. Strongcommand of project governance frameworks (PMP, Prince2, Agile...).You speak Dutch or French fluently, and have a professional levelof English.
