Engage with VIP customers to address their technical inquiries and provide troubleshooting assistance for electronic products, particularly smartphones. Utilize your in-depth knowledge of hardware, software, operating systems, and troubleshooting techniques to deliver effective solutions. Collaborate closely with our dedicated team to maintain a high standard of service and exceed client expectations. Excellent communication skills, with fluency in spoken French. Previous experience in technical customer service or support roles preferred.
