Our client is a well-established international industrial group with a strong presence in Europe, North America, and Asia. Known for its advanced manufacturing capabilities and technical expertise, the company supplies high-performance materials and solutions to key sectors such as aerospace, automotive, and consumer goods packaging.
They are currently looking for a
Treasury Project Analyst to support the rollout of a new Treasury Management System (TMS). This role plays a central part in modernizing the companys global treasury operations.
Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Senior Financial Risk Manager to analyze and document current back and middle office processes
- Lead the migration of key treasury workflowsincluding payment processing, bank reconciliations, intercompany netting, and derivative valuationsinto the new TMS
- Validate market data feeds and valuation models for FX, commodity, and interest rate derivatives
- Contribute to the setup of accounting integration, including general ledger mapping, accruals, and FX gain/loss rules
- Help implement automated reports, risk dashboards, and stress-testing scenarios for treasury exposures
- Work with IT and finance teams to build connectors between the new TMS and ERP platforms (SAP, HFM)
- Ensure testing, validation, and end-user training are properly executed to support the go-live phase
- Identify and propose process improvements to increase control, accuracy, and efficiency
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- 56 years experience in treasury within an international environment (industrial sector preferred)
- Strong understanding of:
- Back & Middle Office treasury processes
- Mark-to-Market valuation of derivatives
- Financial closings, statement preparation, and treasury reporting
- Comfortable working with:
- TMS solutions (implementation or administration experience preferred)
- SAP, HFM, Bloomberg, Excel/VBA, Power BI
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); German and/or French is a plus
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive; strong communication and stakeholder management skills
