Are you a detail-driven professional with expertise in managing complex sickness absence cases?
We''re looking for a Case Manager to join our People Advisory team at our Amsterdam campus.
What Youll Do
- Act as the single point of contact for employees, managers, HR, and external Arbo service providers.
- Manage long-term and complex sickness absence cases end-to-end, ensuring full compliance with the Dutch Gatekeeper Act.
- Drive timely and sustainable reintegration strategies for affected employees.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external experts (e.g. company doctors, mediators).
- Provide clear, structured advice and ensure meticulous documentation and reporting.
Must-Haves
- Experience in Dutch sickness case management from start to finish
- Knowledge of Dutch laws/regulations, Gatekeeper Act
- Experience in corporate environments, preferably with expats/international teams
- Ability to handle cases independently without needing training
- Compliance-focused: Must know obligations to remain compliant under Dutch law
