About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Business Development team, focusing on Global Compliance and Reporting (GCR). This role will support the development and delivery of GCR solutions, coordinate cross-border proposals, and drive global client engagements.
Your mission:
Strategy
- Support the development and implementation of global business development strategies for GCR services
- Contribute to the monitoring and analysis of BD performance metrics and KPIs
- Support the GCR country teams in searching and identifying new business opportunities for our Global compliance and reporting services - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships and services.
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and client targeting initiatives.
- Actively contribute to the GCR community
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team
- Support the development of a strong, scalable client onboarding framework
Operational
- Manage the preparation of commercial proposals and RFPs for multinational clients
- Coordinate input collection from country teams and service line experts
- Prepare high-quality client-facing materials and internal presentations
- Maintain BD databases, pipelines, and tracking tools
- Create and maintain client-facing materials and internal presentations
- Lead the transition process of accounting and financial compliance services following a successful proposal (from pursuit to hypercare phase), ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with client expectations
- Organize and facilitate client kick-off meetings and onboarding sessions
- Act as project lead during the implementation phase, ensuring alignment with client expectations
- Collaborate closely with accounting teams to ensure seamless service implementation and proper understanding of client-specific compliance requirements
Your profile:
- Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, project coordination, or professional services
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes, with the ability to support and drive client transitions of accounting/financial functions.
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with a focus on quality and clarity.
- Proactive and collaborative mindset; comfortable working in international and cross-cultural environments
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
