Regional Account Manager is Responsible for driving sales, promotion and development in the designated territories to reach commercial goals. Target Area: Emilia Romagna - Marche - Abruzzo - Umbria.

Your Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Coordination of all the stakeholders in the assigned territories (Agents, CMM)
  2. Continuous training and control over third parties through fieldworks
  3. Lead and execute strategic and tactical plans to drive territories performance, and execute sell out customer plans
  4. Prepare and negotiate commercial contracts and guide initiatives that the company launches to target accounts
  5. Analyze market situation including competitive intelligence activities on key accounts and key competitors
  6. Mapping of stakeholders, including segmentation and profiling and provide accurate and timely data for the Sandoz CRM
  7. Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events related to Sandoz products within 24 hours of receipt

What youll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:

  1. At least 7 years of previous experience linked to sales in designated territories and accounts, Market Share and EI, Launches and Key products distribution plan
  2. Ability to work in cross-functional and international teams
  3. Knowledge of the pharmacy channel
  4. Ability to handle complex negotiations
  5. Excellent knowledge of the Office package
  6. Good level of English
