The Role
Position Title: Senior CDP Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 2K EUR all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Malta, next to Italy Europe About the Client: A luxury hotel in Malta, Europe ( beside Italy). Job Description: Supervise assigned kitchen section to the required standards set by the Head Chef Work on task delegation among junior chefs and support them in their development Check quality of production from the designated section to ensure that it is complete and ready for each service Practice good stocking and proper waste control is always practiced keeping the cleanliness and organization of designated section Execute cooking to the expected high standard quickly and efficiently.
Requirements
Qualifications: Male, 45 years old and below Minimum 3 years experience as CDP in a luxury hotel or large capacity restaurant / fine dining Passport must be valid for at least 6 months UAE residency visa valid for the past 8 months continuously from the same employer No planned vacation in the net 6 months How to Apply: Send your CV in word format online.
