- Strong knowledge of Ruby on Rails and Ruby
- Experience in writing unit tests (RSpec)
- Proficiency in JavaScript, with experience in React.js or Vue.js
- Familiarity with Git and SQL
- Communicative English skills (minimum B2+)
- A strong sense of responsibility and independence
- Proactivity and initiative
- Strategic thinking and long-term planning skills
- Commitment to personal development and interest in analyzing new technology trends

Nice to have
- Experience with GraphQL, Node.js, and microservices
- Previous experience as a Project Team Lead
- Familiarity with AWS and CI/CD (e.g., GitLab CI)
- Experience with integrations involving LLM (Large Language Model) technologies
