We are hiring a Sales Executive who will be responsible for sales and taking care of customers. This can be in finding new clients and business opportunities, assessing client needs, preparing proposals up to following up after a project and client relation management.


Your Role:


We look for a well-networked person with CRO experience to sell our services portfolio. The role will require travel throughout Europe.


Your function/ Main responsibilities:


Identify appropriate contacts within the pharmaceutical, medical devices and nutrition/food supplements industries active in the fields where Artialis is active in.

Identify new leads and opportunities with current and new relevant clients

Develop and execute account strategies to maximize win rate in high value opportunities

Build & maintain relationships with prospects

Preparation and attendance to client presentations, meetings

Preparation of commercial proposals

Enter all client contacts and info in the Artialis CRM system

Prepare events (Trade fair) by scheduling meetings with relevant clients

Provide input for external communication & marketing (i.e., website, newsletters, and social media)


Your Profile:


Experience of at least 3 years in sales within a CRO with proven successful track record in sales

Past experience in sales with other life sciences industries is an asset

Degree in Life Sciences is a plus

Based in Belgium

Emotional intelligence

Solid understanding of Artialis and/or CRO services

Ability to identify needs with customers

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch or French, the third language is an asset

Good IT knowledge and skills (MS PowerPoint, E-mail management, etc.)

Capacity to plan, set priorities and manage time

Work independently to a high standard

Personal qualities: motivation, reliability, credibility, innovation

The contract is for a full-time job. Position is hybrid in office/remote. You will be reporting directly to the CEO.
