Physical Design Engineer - Analog Layout | Semiconductor | 12 month Contract + Extensions
One of the world''s largest semiconductor companies is looking to hire an Analog Physical Design Engineer in Nijmegen or Eindhoven, NL.
Are you an experienced Analog Physical Design Engineer ready to own the entire physical design lifecycle? We''re seeking a highly skilled individual to deliver fully verified analog physical designs, meeting all technical requirements from floorplanning to tape-out.
You''ll be responsible for:
- Executing the complete physical design flow: floorplanning, placement, (top-level) routing, verification, and design finishing.
- Leveraging your expertise in a Cadence design environment with deep tool and process knowledge.
- Managing the entire physical design phase, including planning, requirements, documentation, reviews, quality, and leading other physical designers.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to technology documentation and knowledge-sharing meetings.
What you''ll bring:
- Bachelor''s degree in Electronics or a related field.
- 8+ years of physical design or analog layout experience.
- Strong proficiency with Cadence Virtuoso.
- Experience with high-frequency/mmWave design is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a collaborative spirit.
