The role can be remote or based at our Pordenone, Italy office.Job Description:Stay current with product launches and transitions to maintain up-to-date sales engagement programs, including product and service support.Develop new business opportunities with major Light Commercial Refrigerator and Freezer Agents, OBMs, and OEMs, and build rapport with customers through products and services.Collaborate with various departments such as engineering, purchasing, operations, product management, and quality assurance within customer organizations.Provide customer information through presentations on new products, project schedules, quality performance, and technical training.Document market and customer insights and communicate findings internally.Support marketing efforts by evaluating market trends, monitoring regulatory activities, and gathering customer feedback.Assist team members in achieving KPIs and participate in regional and international trade shows.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in business, engineering, or related fields.5-10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or R&D.Knowledge of Light Commercial reciprocating compressor products and applications.Excellent communication skills in English and at least one European language.Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including weekends.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Experience with major Light Commercial Agents, OBMs, and OEMs is advantageous.Knowledge of Chinese language is a plus but not required.Equal Opportunity Employer: Midea Corp is committed to diversity and inclusion, and we do not discriminate based on race, religion, gender, age, disability, or other protected characteristics.#J-18808-Ljbffr
