What Youll Do:
- Write clean, scalable Java code using modern frameworks
- Drive the technical direction and evolution of the product
- Act as the go-to technical authority and architecture lead
- Ensure smooth operations, incident resolution, and system resilience
- Support CI/CD processes and testing best practices
- Collaborate on the product backlog and align technical requirements
- Manage technical debt and champion continuous improvement
- Lead deployments and keep product documentation current
- Mentor and grow a high-performing team
What Youll Bring:
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in dynamic, client-facing environments
- Deep expertise in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot
- Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, and scalable architectures
- Proven track record of leading technical teams
- Passion for clean architecture, testing, and long-term maintainability
- Availability to attend client meetings in Northern Spain a few times a month
