Requirements Points of attention : - Exprience:senior (8 to 10 years) or expert (10 to 15 years) - Location: SaintNazaire (France) - Fluent in English - Experienced as a QC managerat yards (offshore industry) - EPCI experience would be appreciated- Quality knowledge (quality assurance and surveillance/inspection)- Strong knowledge in welding and NDT standards - Lead Auditorqualification - Experience working on topside and assembly ofoffshore substation in the fabrication yard Scope (but not limitedto): - The QC Site manager will be based in the fabrication yardand will coordinate the QC inspectors (welding, mechanical,painting, electrical, corrosion, instrumentation, etc) - Check theproper implementation of the Contractor''s project qualitymanagement system (PQMS) at the site - Support the Project QualityManager (PQM) in allocating QC Inspector functions to the variousareas of the project, ensuring relevant coordination onsite. -Manage daily calls with PQM to report any potential issues/blockingpoints and progress on QC activities. - Ensure communication of allsite QC matters by holding regular meetings with the RTE SiteManager and the project construction team. - Prepare quality sitereporting (including Key Performance Indicators) for PQM and siteproject team use. - Ensure knowledge/awareness of Qualityrequirements within the site Project Team. - Verify that tests,controls, and inspections are carried out and documented inaccordance with applicable Master ITP, ITPs , mechanical completionincluded. - Ensure Nonconformities are well captured by theContractor and corrective action/correction(s) are identified in atimely manner - This is a One year project Starting 1st October2025
