Responsibilities - 1.Stay current with productlaunches or transitions to maintain up-to-date sales engagementprograms, including both product and service-related support. -2.Develop new business opportunities with major heat pump OEMs,establish customer rapport with products and services. - 3.Workwith all facets of the customers organization, includingengineering, purchasing/sourcing, operations, product management,and quality representatives. - 4.Provide customer informationthrough presentations covering new products, project schedules,quality performance, and technical training. - 5.Document marketand customer findings and communicate the information back to theorganization. - 6.Support marketing efforts to evaluate marketsegment trends, monitor government regulatory activities, andsolicit customer feedback. - 7.Supporting team members and peers toachieve KPIs - 8.Support all product and business promotionalactivities and participate in regional and international tradeshows. Qualifications - 1.Bachelors degree in business,engineering or related field. - 2. 5-10 years of experience inSales and Marketing OR R&D dept. (better in compressor testingand introduction part). - 3.Familiar with heat pump compressorproducts, Scroll/Rotary Compressor etc - 4.Knowledge andunderstanding of compressor applications and regulations for heatpump, OEM markets. - 5.Excellent verbal, written, presentation andcommunication skills (English and one of European languages). -6.Highly motivated, self-sufficient, and capable of managingmultiple projects. - 7.Frequent domestic travel with occasionalinternational travel and weekend travel. - 8.Proficiency inMicrosoft Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). -9.Prior work experience with major heat pump OEMs is beneficial. -10.Knowledge of Chinese language will be beneficial, but notrequired.
