Job Responsibilities

Customer Service
Enhance brand image and increase customers product understanding with excellent customer service skills and in-depth product knowledge
Build customer loyalty through active client development and follow-through
Operation standards
- Maintain in-store display according to company standards and prevent stock damage
- Assist with the processing of stock deliveries, shop floor replenishment, inventory replenishment, cash and other daily operations
- Maintain sales records, and assist in inventory and account reconciliation
Job Requirements
- Sales driven, with strong customer service acumen
- Highly committed, energetic, and a team player
Excellent problem-solving ability.
- Prior fashion retail experience is a plus
- Flexible availability to work throughout the week, weekends, and public holidays
- Fluent in English or Chinese is a plus
