Our Amazon DSP team is looking for aProgrammatic Solutions Consultant to join Amazon Ads growing teambased in Milan. As a Programmatic Solutions Consultant, you willmanage the end-to-end experience of our enterprise customer, knownas programmatic trading desks. You will drive success by developingcustomer expertise in our programmatic advertising DSP. TheProgrammatic Solutions Consultant has experience in advertisingtechnology and the programmatic advertising domain, and isleveraging this expertise to help our customers meet and exceedtheir business objectives. In this customer-facing role, you willwork closely with programmatic traders at agencies/advertisers, aswell as Amazon Ads internal sales, product, and support teams toaddress customer needs. A typical PSC engagement with our customerscould include onboarding new traders, delivering trainings on newproduct features, assisting a customer with a beta feature,consulting in business strategy and planning discussions, providingoversight in execution of campaign strategy, developing campaignoptimization recommendations and monitoring their impact,conducting deep dives to determine root causes of issues andinforming customers of the best course of action. You will advocatefor customer in internal forums, provide troubleshooting supportand triage when needed, and simplify and propagate customerfeedback to inform product and services design. PSCs operate astrusted advisors to customers every day, and ensure customersgradually develop into a proficient users of our DSP, who seeAmazon DSP as their preferred means to their goals. You will bepassionate about understanding customer objectives, and addressthem using our book of services and engagement best practices, todrive adoption of Amazon technologies. Your ownership, curiosity,and domain knowledge will allow you to comprehensively understandthe details of our offerings and be able to speak to these to ourcustomers with passion, authority, empathy, and clarity. Key jobresponsibilities - Owning the relationship with programmatictrading desk managers, engaging with multiple customerorganizational levels to understand business objectives - Providingservices such as onboarding, trade desk support plans, featuretraining, continuous product usage consultation, and industry bestpractices - Analyzing and interpreting data to identify improvementareas, root causes, and formulate enablement and adoptionrecommendations - Driving the evolution of Amazon DSP by assistingcustomers with product beta participation, capturing customerfeedback, and collaborating closely with cross-functional Amazonteams (Product Management, Engineering, Analytics, and Specialists)- Defining and improving processes and tools for the ProgrammaticSolutions Consultant team to better serve customers A day in thelife - A typical PSC engagement with our customers could includeonboarding new traders, delivering trainings on new productfeatures, assisting a customer with a beta feature, consulting inbusiness strategy and planning discussions, providing oversight inexecution of campaign strategy, developing campaign optimizationrecommendations and monitoring their impact, conducting deep divesto determine root causes of issues and informing customers of thebest course of action. - You will advocate for customer in internalforums, provide troubleshooting support and triage when needed, andsimplify and propagate customer feedback to inform product andservices design.
